ing a Commission of Fisheries, be printed for the use of the
Commissioners.

the town of Lutherville, in Baltimore county,

Being on third reading

The following amendment was submitted:

At the end of the 3rd section, add the following: "pro-
vided, that the Avenues and Streets of the said town, as laid
down on the plat of Lutherville, by Mr. Sides, shall be and
remain public highways."
