The Sergeant-at-Arms was sent to notify absent Senators
that their presence was requested in the Senate Chamber.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,
Further proceedings under the call were suspended.

Said bill being under consideration,

Mr. Fields submitted the following amendment:

Section 19, line 16, strike outthe words "and twenty-five."
