this act, be and the same is hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 2.
An additional supplement to an act, entitled, an act to au-
thorise the Levy courts of Baltimore and Harford coun-
ties to build a Bridge over the Little Gunpowder Falls,
at Lee's Mill, on the road leading from Baltimore to
Bell Air.

|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the commissioners of Baltimore and Harford counties, are
hereby authorised and required to levy on the assessable
property of said counties, such a sum of money as may be
necessary to complete the bridge (together with the abut-

ments) over the Little Falls of Gun Powder, at Lee's
Mill; Provided, said sum does not exceed the amount of
three hundred dollars, to be levied in equal proportions be-
tween Baltimore and Harford counties, and that the com-
missioners cause the said sum to be paid over to Ralph
S. Lee, and William Dimmett, commissioners heretofore
appointed to erect said bridge.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said commissioners
Ralph S. Lee, and William Dimmet, shall account to the
commissioners of their respective counties, for all sums
which they have heretofore received for the erection of
said bridge, and which hereafter they may receive for com-
pletion of said bridge and abutments.
