Resolution in favor of Thomas Perry, late Sheriff of
Charles county.
|
 
|
Resolved by the General Assembly oj Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to Thomas Per-
ry, late Sheriff of Charles county, or to his order, the sum
of thirteen dollars and thirty three and one third cents, be-
ing the amount of a fine paid hy him into the Treasury,
and afterwards remitted by the Executive.

Resolution directing the Armourer at Annapolis, to deliv-
er to Captain William S. Cook, certain arms and accou-
trements.
|
 
|
Resolved ly the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Armourer at Annapolis, be and be is hereby required
to deliver to Captain Williaam S. Cook, of Baltimore city,
any arms and accoutrements, not exceeding seventy-five of
each, which the said Armourer may select, on the said
Cook giving such security for the sale keeping and return
of the game, as the Governor and Council may require.

Resolution directing head and foot stones, &c. to be placed
at the grave of James Brooke, Esq. deceased.
|
 
|
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
his Excellency, the Governor, be and he is hereby empow-
ered and directed, to cause head and foot stones, with sui-
table inscriptions, and the necessary railing, to be placed
at the grave of James Brooke, Esq. who died in the city
of Annapolis, on the second day of February, eighteen hun-
dred and twenty-two, while a member of the Legislature,
and a Delegate from Kent county.
