Resolution in favor of Frances Horner.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is hereby
authorized and required to pay to Frances Horner, widow
of Dr. Gustavus Horner, or to her order during her life, in
quarter yearly payments, a sum of money equal to the half
pay of a Surgeon's mate, in consideration of the services
rendered by her husband during the revolutionary war.

Resolution in favor of Sarah Moore.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he his hereby
authorised and required to pay to Sarah Moore, (widow
of Nicholas R. Moore,) of Baltimore county, or to her
order during life, in quarter yearly payments, a sum of
money equal to the half pay of a Lieutenant, in considera-
tion of the services rendererd by her husband during the
revolutionary war.

Resolution in favour of Eliza Nelson, widow of Roger
Nelson.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to Eliza Nelson, the
widow of Roger Nelson, of Frederick county, a revolu-
tionary officer, or to her order, half pay during her life, to
which her husband would have been entitled.
