RESOLUTIONS. 1833

may more fully know the proceedings of the General As-
sembly, that at the request in writing, addressed to the
public printers of the two houses of the Legislature, by the
editors of newspapers or public journals in this state, who
may desire the same for publication, to have every day of
the session forwarded a copy of the printed journals of pro-
ceedings of the Senate and House of Delegates.

Resolution authorising the Librarian to furnish certain
laws.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Librarian be and he is hereby authorised to furnish
two bound copies of the laws of this state, from the year
eighteen hundred and eighteen to the present time; one
copy to be left at the office of the clerk of Saint Mary's
county, for the use of the court thereof; the other to be left
at the Register of Wills' office, for the use of the Orphan's
court of said county.

Resolution authorising the Register of the Land office for
the Western Shore to issue a warrant in favour of Lydia
Brown and Ann Dunkler in lieu of the one lost.

WHEREAS, it has been represented to this General As-
sembly, by the petition of Lydia Brown and Ann Hill, (now
Dunkler,) that at December session, eighteen hundred and
thirty-one, a resolution was passed, authorising the register
of the land office of the Western Shore to issue a warrant
for fifty acres of land in Allegany county, to and for their
use: AND WHEREAS, it appears that the bald warrant was
issued on the second day of April, eighteen hundred and
thirty-two, and it appears that said warrant has been mis-
laid or lost, Therefore,
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the register of the land office for the Western Shore be and,
he is hereby directed to issue, in the name of Lydia Brown
and Ann Dunkler, a warrant in lieu of the one lost.
