An act to Divorce Ann G. French, of the city of Baltimore,
from her husband Thomas French.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That Ann G. French, of the city of Baltimore, be
and she is hereby divorced a mensaet thoro, from her hus-
band Thomas French
|

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Thomas French,
by virtue of his marriage with the said Ann G. French,
shall not be authorised to have or claim any right, title or
interest in the estate, real, personal or mixed, of the said
Ann G. French, that shall be acquired by her after the pas-
sage of this act, nor shall the said Ann G. French be enti-
titledin any manner to have or claim any right, title or in-
terest in the estate, real, personal or mixed of the said
Thomas French, that shall be acquired by him after the
passage of this act.

An additional Supplement to an act, entitled, an act to in-
corporate a Presbyterian and Lutherean Church, in the
county of Baltimore, passed at November session, eigh-
teen hundred, chapter fourteen.

WHEREAS, by a supplement to the said act, passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and twenty seven,
ch tpter ten, the persons named in the said original act were
incorporated by the name of the Elders of Zion Church
in Baltimore county; and whereas, the said persons are now
all dead, and doubts appear to exist as to the powers of the
present Elders to manage the temporal concerns of the con-
gregations by whom they were elected— Therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Melcher Warner, Solomon Myerly, Ja-
cob Shower and Peter Sauble, and their successors, to be
elected agreeably to the rules of the congregations named
|
Incorporation
|
in the said act, be and they are hereby incorporated by the
name of the Elders of Zion Church, in Baltimore county,
and that all the rights, property, powers and privileges
