A supplement to the act entitled, an act for the relief of
Robert H. Hayes, of Cecil county, passed at this present
session.

Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Eleanor Hayes, named in the act to which this is a
supplement, shall not be entitled to any property real, per-
sonal or mixed, which the said Robert H. Hayes may here-
after require in any manner whatsover.

An act for the relief of Elijah Taylor, of Baltimore county.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall and may be lawful to and for
Elijan Taylor, of Baltimore county, his executors or ad-
ministrators, to institute, commence and prosecute, exhibit
and file in the high Court of Chancery oi this state, a bill
of review, or bill in the nature of a bill of review, for the
purpose of introducing further testimony in, and having a
review of the case of Elijah Tajlor against Stephen Sever-
son and Sarah his wife; and of the case of Elisha Joice
and Elizabeth his wife, and Stephen Severson and Sarah
his wife, against Elijah Taylor, or of either of said cases;
and for the purpose, if necessary and if required by justice,
of altering, amending or correcting the judgment and de-
cree of the said Court of Chancery, and the Court of Ap-

peals for the Western Shore of this slate, in both or either
of the said cases, upon the re-hearing thereof after any
further or additional testimony shall or may be introduced
and taken in the said causes or either of them, under the
said bill of review, and by virtue hereof; any law, custom
or usage to the contrary thereof in anywise notwithstand-
ing.

Bond first required

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That upon filing said bill
of review, and before any proceedings shall be had there-
under, the said Taylor, his executors or administrators
shall enter into bond with surety, to be approved by the
Chancellor, with condition in case of the confirmation or
