1833.

Sec. 8. And be it enacted, That the court of Chancery
or Baltimore county court respectively, may at discretion,
from time to time, appoint any other Trustee or Trustees
in place of these appointed by the decree aforesaid; and

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That where real estate within the city of Balti-
more has been or may be hereafter divided, according to
law, among heirs, legatees, joint tenants or tenants in com-

mon, entitled to the same; and such division calls for any
of the streets, lanes or alleys, or any part or parts thereof,
as surveyed and laid off under the act of Assembly to which

divides such estate with reference thereto, that the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore be and they are hereby au-
