nated as Sections 130 and 131, and to follow Section 129:

113. The County Commissioners shall control and regulate

the public roads in Wicomico County.
|

114. They shall subdivide each or any of the election dis-

district.

tricts of the county and appoint a supervisor for each of said

road districts.

115. All able-bodied male citizens of the said county between

road districts in which they reside, and the road supervisor,

he may deem necessary to make such repairs, giving at least

two days' notice of the time and place of meeting and what
|

tools they must furnish; provided, however, that no non-taxpayer
|
 
|
shall be compelled to work more than two days in one year,
|
 
|
and that no person shall be compelled to work more than four
|
 
|
miles from his place of residence.

116. If any person from whom such labor on the roads may
