rakes or tongs in the waters of Choptank river as now es-

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts

inconsistent with this Act be and the same are hereby repealed.
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for work performed
|
 
|
by Register of Wills of Anne Arundel County in indexing
|
 
|
the proceedings and inventories of estates of decedents in
|
 
|
the Prerogative Court of the Province of Maryland, and
|
 
|
for the transfer of all Wills, Prerogative Court Records,
|
 
|
Documents, Books, Indexes and all the records and docu-
|
 
|
ments belonging to the State of Maryland, now in the Reg-
|
 
|
ister of Wills' office of Anne Arundel County to the Land
|
 
|
Office of Maryland.
|
 
|
WHEREAS, When the Capitol of the Province of Maryland
|

was removed from St. Mary's City to Annapolis, all the pro-
|

ceedings of the Prerogative Court were removed to the office
|
 
|
of the Register of Wills of Anne Arundel County; and
|
 
|
WHEREAS, Under the Provincial and Colonial Government
