AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for work performed

 

by Register of Wills of Anne Arundel County in indexing

 

the proceedings and inventories of estates of decedents in

 

the Prerogative Court of the Province of Maryland, and

 

for the transfer of all Wills, Prerogative Court Records,

 

Documents, Books, Indexes and all the records and docu-

 

ments belonging to the State of Maryland, now in the Reg-

 

ister of Wills' office of Anne Arundel County to the Land

 

Office of Maryland.

 

WHEREAS, When the Capitol of the Province of Maryland
