for every month or fractional part of a month for which his,

her, theirs or its license are to run one-twelfth of the annual
|
 
|
charges for such license in addition to the amount required to
|
 
|
be paid to the State of Maryland, and all such licenses shall
|

or to conduct the said business at or in any other house, mes-

suage or tenement without the transferee complying with the

10. That no person or persons, house, company or corpora-
|
 
|
tion or association, who shall obtain a license under the pro-
|
 
|
visions of this Act shall sell or furnish intoxicating, spirituous
|
 
|
or fermented liquors of any kind, at any time, to a minor, either
|
 
|
for his or her own use or for the use of any other person,
|
 
|
or to a drunkard, or to any one then under the influence of
|
 
|
liquor, or at any place within two hundred feet of any church
|
 
|
in an air line, measuring from any part of the building or
|
 
|
room in which the same is kept for sale, or within three
|
 
|
hundred feet from any public school property ; or sell, offer
|
 
|
to sell or barter, or give away any spirituous or fermented
|
 
|
liquors ; or keep his, her, their or its place open on the Lord's
|
 
|
day, commonly called Sunday ; nor shall any person or per-
|
 
|
sons, house, corporation, company or association open his, her,

ante-meridian, and he, she, they or it shall close the same at

eleven o'clock past-meridian, and any person or persons, house,

corporation, company or association, his, her, their or its

officers, agents, servants or employees violating this pro-

vision of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
|
 
|
and shall upon conviction be fined for each offense not less
|
 
|
than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, or shall

than thirty days nor more than ninety days, or may be both

fined and imprisoned, in the discretion of the court or justice

|
of the peace before whom the conviction may be had, with

|
 
|
County, as given in Section 16 of this Act.

|
11. That any person or persons, house, corporation, company
|
 
|
or association who shall obtain a license under the provisions
