hereby repealed so far as the same is applicable to Worcester

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 542.
|
 
|
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
|
 
|
5 of Article 3 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
|
 
|
"Baltimore County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as
|
 
|
amended by Chapter 35 of the Acts of 1890, and Chapter
|
 
|
122 of the Acts of 1894, and to repeal and re-enact with
|
 
|
amendments Sections 6 and 7 of this Article as amended by
|
 
|
Chapter 122 of the Acts of 1894, and repeal and re-enact,
|
 
|
with amendments. Sections 8, 9 and 10 of this Article.
|
 
|
SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
Birds and
|
land, That Section 5 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
|
game.
|
Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Birds
|
 
|
and Game," as amended by Chapter 35 of the Acts of 1890
|
 
|
and Chapter 122 of the Acts of 1894, and Sections 6 and 7
|
 
|
of said Article as amended by Chapter 122 of the Acts of
|
 
|
1894, and Sections 8, 9 and 10 of said Article be and the same
|
 
|
are hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as foilows:
|
 
|
5. No person shall shoot or in any manner catch, kill, trap,
|

take or have in possession in Baltimore County any rabbit,

pheasant, partridge, woodcock or squirrel between December

24 and Novemeber 1, exclusive of both dates, or upon any

Sunday or election day, or when the ground is covered with

6. No person or corporation or transportation company

shall have the right to buy, sell or offer for sale for the

game.

or carry out of said Baltimore County any pheasant, part-
|
 
|
ridge or woodcock, except as in this Article otherwise pro-
|
 
|
vided. Any person violating the provisions of either this or
|
 
|
the preceding section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
|
 
|
and upon conviction thereof shall pay a fine of five dollars for
|
 
|
each and every bird, rabbit or squirrel so taken, killed or have
|
 
|
in possession or transported, bought or sold for export, and
