CHAPTER 538.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143. 144,

 

145, 146 and 147 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

 

"Prince George's County," sub-title "Fences," and to re-

 

enact the same with amendments.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146

and 147 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince

 

George's County," sub-title "Fences," be and the same are

 

hereby repealed and re-enacted as follows :

 

138. Whenever joint fences have been or may be established

 

in Prince George's County for the mutual advantage of the
