CHAPTER 529.

 

AN ACT to change the name of The Trustees of the Endow-

 

ment Fund of the Faculty of Physic of the University of

 

Maryland of Baltimore City, a body corporate, incorporated

 

under articles of incorporation dated the 29th' day of June,

 

1893, and recorded among the Charter Records of Baltimore

 

City in Liber J. B. No. 31, at folio 167, etc., and to enlarge

 

the powers of said corporation.

 

SECTION i. DC it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said corporation shall

 

have perpetual succession, and that the present members of
