CHAPTER 528.
|

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money herein mentioned to
|
 
|
pay the claim of St. Vincent de Paul Perpetual Building and
|
 
|
Loan Association of Baltimore City, a body corporate, in-
|
 
|
corporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, for a
|
 
|
payment of a bonus upon the capital stock for the use of the
|
 
|
State of Maryland, as provided for by Chapter 536 of the
|
 
|
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
|
 
|
Session of 1890.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
|

authorized and directed to issue his warrant on the Treasurer

State of Maryland under the provisions of Chapter 536 of the

Acts of Assembly of the State of Maryland, passed at the
|
 
|
Session of 1890, the same having been recommended by the
|
 
|
officers of the Treasury Department.
|
 
|
SEC. 2, And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
