Loan Association of Baltimore City, a body corporate, in-

 

corporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, for a

 

payment of a bonus upon the capital stock for the use of the

 

State of Maryland, as provided for by Chapter 536 of the

 

Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the

 

Session of 1890.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
