tion in the name of "The County Committee of the ..........

vided he has complied with all the provisions of this Act, to

 

be placed on the ballot ; and in case of a tie for any place on the

 

ballot, the return judges at said convention shall select publicly

 

by lot a nominee from among the candidates so tied. If the ex-

 

penditures for a candidate for nomination as set out in the affi-

 

davit of expenditures in this section provided for shall exceed

 

the amounts of: For Judge of the Circuit Court, $300; for
