SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 508.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 105 to 113, inclusive, of Article

 

I of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County,"

 

sub-title "Elections — Primary," and to repeal an addition

 

thereto designated as Section IO5A, as enacted by Act of

 

1900, Chapter 365, and to re-enact the same with amend-

 

ments, and to enact additional sections to be designated as

 

Sections 113A, 113B, 113C, and 113D.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 105 to 113, inclusive, of the Code of Pub-
