SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That Marion L. Brewington, Frank Dashiell, Lorie C.

Quinn, Lloyd Riggin, Joshua W. Miles, Clarence P. Lankford,
|

James H. Cullen, H. Fillmore Lankford, A. Webster Ewell,

Lewis M. Milbourne, Isaac T. J. Brown, L. Atwood Bennett

and their associates and successors, be and they are hereby

created, constituted and declared to be a body corporate and

name shall have perpetual succession.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said corporation, under
