SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts and parts of Acts

inconsistent with this Act be and the same are hereby repealed

to the extent of such inconsistency and no further.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

from and after the first day of May, 1904.

AN ACT to add additional sections to Article 10 of the Code

of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester

County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," to be designated as Sec-

tions 339, 340, 341 and 342.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts inconsistent here-

with are hereby repealed and that this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.
