apply to Hooper's Island and Straits Election District or

 

Election Districts No. 6 and No. 10 respectively, of Dor-

 

chester County, and to add a sub-section to come in .after

 

Section 213 of said Article, under said title and sub-title,

 

the said sub-section to be applicable to said Hooper's Island

 

and Straits Election District or Election Districts No. 6

 

and No. 10 of said county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Applicable to

land, That Sections 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212 and 213 of

two districts.

Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester

 

County," sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," and the

 

amendments thereto made by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land as follows, to wit: by Chapter 595 of the Acts of 1890,

 

Chapter 60 of the Acts of 1894, Chapter 234 of the Acts of

 

1896, Chapters 433 and 438 of the Acts of 1898, in so far as

 

the same apply to Hooper's Island and Straits Election Dis-

 

trict or Election Districts No. 6 and No. 10 of Dorchester

 

County, be and the same are hereby repealed and that the

 

following sub-section, to come in after Section 213 of said

 

Article and under said title and sub-title, and to read as here-

 

inafter set forth, be and the same is hereby enacted, the same

 

to be applicable to Hooper's Island and Straits Election Dis-

 

trict or Election Districts No. 6 and No. 10 respectively, of

 

Dorchester County.

 

Sub-Section E1. It shall be unlawful for any person or

pretences, in any manner or for any purpose whatever, and if

 

any person or persons, firm or corporation within said Hooper's

 

Island and Straits Election District or Election Districts, No.

 

6 and No. 10, shall directly or indirectly sell or otherwise dis-

 

pose of by way of barter any such liquors, medicated bitters

 

or alcoholic compound or cider, or shall therein take any order
