SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 11 of the Code

 

of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County,"

 

sub-title "Birds and Game," to be known as Section 55A, to

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

cuted in the name of the State of Maryland; and one-half of

 

the fine imposed, when collected, shall be paid to the informer,

 

whether he be an officer or some other person, and the other

 

half to the County Commissioners of Frederick County for

 

the benefit of the public roads of said county ; and it is further

 

provided that this Act shall not prevent humane persons trap-

 

ping partridges to protect them during severe winter weather,

 

and who shall turn them out again after the winter is over.
