Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title

Wild fowl.

"Wild Fowl," as repealed and re-enacted with amendments

 

by Chapter 582 of the Acts of 1892, be and the same are hereby

 

repealed and re-enacted with amendments, and to add a new

 

section to be designated as Section 261 A, the aforesaid section

 

to read as follows :

 

260. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot at or

prevent the owner of any blind properly licensed from ex-

 

tending the privilege to any person to shoot from said blind

 

on the day the owner thereof is allowed to shoot from the

 

same.
