"Wild Fowl," as repealed and re-enacted with amendments

by Chapter 582 of the Acts of 1892, be and the same are hereby
|
 
|
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, and to add a new
|
 
|
section to be designated as Section 261 A, the aforesaid section
|
 
|
to read as follows :
|

260. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot at or

cents to said Clerk for issuing the same ; and any person so

obtaining a license shall have the right over any other person
|
 
|
to renew his license from year to year; provided, he secured
|
 
|
a new license from the Clerk of said court on or before the
|
 
|
fifteenth day of May in each and every year; and provided,
|
 
|
further, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to
|
 
|
prevent the owner of any blind properly licensed from ex-
|
 
|
tending the privilege to any person to shoot from said blind
|
 
|
on the day the owner thereof is allowed to shoot from the
|
 
|
same.

261 A. It shall not be lawful for any person to establish a

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the first day of May, 1904.
