posing any such bands, who have no permanent place of abode

 

in the State of Maryland, to pitch or settle its or their en-

 

campment or carry on its or their business or transaction or

 

practice their craft within the limits of any county of this State

 

unless they, or some one of them, shall first obtain from the

for such bands to pitch or settle its or their encampment or

 

carry on its or their business or practice their craft in said

 

county, for which shall be paid by the person applying for such

 

license to the Clerk of the said court the sum of fifty dollars.
