CHAPTER 479.

AN ACT to repeal Section 1 of Chapter 332 of the Acts of
|
 
|
1900, entitled "An Act to regulate the compensation of the
|
 
|
County Commissioners of Allegany County and to re-enact
|
 
|
the same to read as follows :
|
 
|
SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
County Com-
|
land, That Section i of Chapter 332 of the Acts of 1900, enti-
|

missioners of Allegany County," be and the same is hereby

repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

1. That the County Commissioners of Allegany County now

those hereafter elected to said office shall meet as often as they

of said office.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
