property, or any of the enterprises belonging directly or in-

 

directly to said company, which may be situated or may be

 

within the State of Maryland which this company is permitted

 

to hold under this Act.

 

SEC. 17. And be it enacted, That full rights and privileges

 

are hereby reserved to the citizens of the State or any company
hereafter to be incorporated under the authority of this State

leading from the main route to any part or parts of this State ;

 

providing that in forming such connections no injury shall

 

be done to the work of the company hereby incorporated, either

Gettysburg Company, at the discretion of the company hereby

 

incorporated.

 

SEC. 18. And be it enacted, That this company shall have no

 

power or right to sell electricity for light or power in Baltimore

 

City or Baltimore County.

 

SEC. 19. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 474.

 

AN ACT to provide for the distribution of fines imposed

 

and recognizances forfeited in the Circuit Court for Worces-

 

ter County not otherwise provided for by the local laws

 

of Worcester County, and for the payment of certain moneys

 

now in the hands of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said

 

county, paid to him under the provisions of Chapter 407

 

of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland at its

 

Session of 1898.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That one-half of all fines imposed and recognizances for-

bution of which is not otherwise provided for by the local

 

laws of Worcester County, shall be paid to the County Com-

 

missioners of Worcester County to be used by them for pub-

 

lic purposes as other public revenue is used.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Clerk of the Circuit

 

Court for Worcester County be and he is hereby authorized
