SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the railroad to be so con-

structed shall be of single or double track, and shall have as

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the said board of directors

are hereby authorized to open books for subscription to the cap-

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the said corporation shall

in any of the aforesaid counties ; providing that the consent and

approval of the Mayor and the majority of the City Council

of such incorporated town or cities shall be first obtained;
|

provided, however, said corporation shall not lay any tracks,
|
 
|
or begin the construction of its road or lay, construct, string or
|
 
|
build pole lines, conductors or conduits, upon, along, over,
|
 
|
across or under any of the public roads or highways within the
|
 
|
limits of any county without the consent of the County Com-
|
 
|
missioners of any county first had and obtained, which consent
|
 
|
said County Commissioners are hereby authorized and empow-
