SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That in order to pay the interest

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That of the whole issue of said

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the proceeds arising from the

sale of said bonds shall be applied by the County Commission-

of the public opening of such bids, and they shall require such

bidder to file with their bids a good and sufficient bond with a
|

surety or sureties to be approved by them in such penalty for
|
 
|
the faithful performance of the contract thereunder as they
|
 
|
may deem proper ; and upon the opening of such bids the said
|
 
|
County Commisisoners shall award the said contract to the low-
|

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.
