inclusive; provided, that nothing in this Act shall prohibit

any person from taking or catching oysters from his private

bed or bar.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person violating the
|
 
|
provisions of the preceding section shall be deemed guilty
|

ished as provided in Article 72 of the Code of Public General

Laws, title "Oysters."

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts,

so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions of
|
 
|
this Act, be and the same are hereby repealed.
|
 
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from July 1, 1904.

AN ACT to empower the Mayor and City Council of Balti-

more to issue the stock of said corporation to an amount
|
 
|
not exceeding six million dollars, for the purpose of sup-
|
 
|
plying additional means for defraying the expense and cost
|
 
|
of carrying into execution the plan of improvements adopted
|
 
|
or to be adopted under the terms of the Act to create a
|
 
|
Commission on the burnt district of Baltimore City, and
|
 
|
for other purposes, passed at the January Session of the
|
 
|
General Assembly of Maryland in the year 1904.
|
 
|
SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore be and
|
