SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person violating the

 

provisions of the preceding section shall be deemed guilty

AN ACT to empower the Mayor and City Council of Balti-

 

more to issue the stock of said corporation to an amount

 

not exceeding six million dollars, for the purpose of sup-

 

plying additional means for defraying the expense and cost

 

of carrying into execution the plan of improvements adopted

 

or to be adopted under the terms of the Act to create a

 

Commission on the burnt district of Baltimore City, and

 

for other purposes, passed at the January Session of the

 

General Assembly of Maryland in the year 1904.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore be and
