Pittsburg Railway Company, near Cumberland, upon its route

 

as now located, be and the same are hereby approved.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted., That in addition to the special

scribed by the general railroad incorporation laws of this State

 

as set out in Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of

 

Maryland, or any amendments thereof already made, or which

 

shall be hereafter made.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said Western Maryland

Crossing and

Railroad Company be and it is hereby expressly authorized

at the places where its said railroad line has been now located

essary, and that the aforesaid action of the Board of Public

 

Works of Maryland in approving the said plans and fixtures

 

of the said railroad company for crossing the said canal be

 

and the same is hereby ratified and approved, and the Board

 

of Public Works may hereafter approve any changes or modi-

 

fications of said plans or fixtures upon the application of said

 

railroad company.

 

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the Western Maryland Rail-
