integrity of said canal as a waterway and are not necessary to

 

the use and operation thereof, or in transportation on the

WHEREAS, In the said location of its said line of railroad it

fixtures designed by said railroad company for effecting the

 

said crossings at said places, which plans, after amendment

 

by the Board of Public Works, were approved on the 9th

 

day of September, 1903, by it; and.

 

WHEREAS, In order to enable said Western Maryland Rail-

road Company to fully carry out its said charter powers, and

powers given.

the requirements of said Act of 1902, regarding said exten-

 

sion, and to complete the same, h is proper and expedient that

 

its said acts be approved and that it be given additional powers

 

as hereinafter set forth in this Act; now, therefore.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all Acts done by the Western Maryland Railroad
