AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section

116E of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

"Prince George's County," sub-title "Treasurer," as

amended by Chapter 477 of the Acts of the General Assem-
|

bly of Maryland of the year 1900.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
Treasurer of
Prince
|
land, That Section 116E of Article 17 of the Code of Public
|
George's
|
Local Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title "Treas-
|
County, Md.
|
urer," as amended by Chapter 477 of the Acts of the General
|
 
|
Assembly of Maryland of the year 1900, be and the same is
|
 
|
hereby repealed and re-enacted as follows :
|
 
|
116E. The Treasurer of Prince George's County shall re-
|
 
|
ceive in full compensation for the discharge of his official
|

duties as collector of taxes levied for county purposes the sum

of three thousand dollars for each year of his term of office,
|
 
|
which shall be payable one-fourth on the first day of July,
|
 
|
one-fourth on the first day of October, and one-fourth on the

first day of January of each fiscal year, and the remaining
|
 
|
fourth upon final settlement of said fiscal year by the Treasurer
|
 
|
with the County Commissioners of Prince George's County ;
|
 
|
and shall receive a commission of three and one-half per
|
 
|
cent, on all taxes collected by him for the State of Maryland.

|
