SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

CHAPTER 457.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 2 and 3 of Chapter 569 of the

 

General Assembly of Man-land, passed at its January Ses-

 

sion, 1902, and to re-enact the same with amendments and

 

to make valid official acts of the Mayor and City Council

 

of Ocean City, and of cither of them, since the passage of

 

the said Chapter 569 of the Acts of 1902.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 2 and 3 of Chapter 569 of the Acts of

 

the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January

Session, 1902, be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted
