CHAPTER 437.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 17, 18, 19 and 20 of Chapter 136

 

of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed

 

at the January Session, 1892, entitled "An Act to incorporate

 

the town of Aberdeen in Harford County "and to re-enact

 

the same with amendments, and to add twenty additional

 

sections, to be designated Sections 20 A, 20B, 20C, 20D, 20E,

 

20F, 20G, 20H, 20I, 20J, 20K, 20L, 20M. 20N, 20O, 20P,

 

20Q, 20R, 20S and 20T, inclusive, to follow immediately

 

after Section 20, all relating to the levy and collection of

 

taxes in the town of Aberdeen.

 

SECTION I. Be if enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 17, 18, 19 and 20 of Chapter 136 of the

 

Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland passed at the

 

January Session, 1892, entitled "An Act to incorporate the

 

town of Aberdeen in Harford County," be and the same are

after Section 20 of said Act, all relating to the levy and collec-

 

tion of taxes in the town of Aberdeen, and said sections as

 

amended and said additional sections to read as follows :

 

17. That the bailiff shall have the same fees for making

of his office he may, in addition to the remedy of his bond,
