SEC. 17. And be it enacted. That those parts of the several

amount of assessed property in Montgomery County, so that

Public Act.

SEC. 19. And be it enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
|
 
|
to be a public Act and may be used in evidence in all the courts
|
 
|
of this State without proof.
|
Charter.
|
SEC. 20. And be it enacted, That neglect or non-use shall
|
 
|
not work a forfeiture of this charter.
|
 
|
SEC. 21. And be it enacted, That all Acts and parts of Acts
|
 
|
inconsistent with any provisions of this Act are hereby re-
|
 
|
pealed.
|
 
|
SEC. 22. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
|
