SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the citizens of said town

shall, on the first Monday in May in the year 1904, and every
|
 
|
second year thereafter on the first Monday in May, at such
|
 
|
place or places as shall be designated by the judges of elec-
|
 
|
tion, between the hours of five o'clock P.M. and nine o'clock
|

P.M., elect, by ballot, one person Mayor of said town, who shall
