CHAPTER 435.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 123

 

of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne

 

Arundel County," sub-title "County Commissioners," as the

 

same was re-enacted by Chapter 472 of the Acts of 1894,

 

and by Chapter 98 of the Acts of 1898.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
