disinterested sworn appraisers; and the balance, if any, to the

 

owner or owners of such swine; and should no one claim

 

said balance as owner within sixty days of said sale, the con-

 

stable shall pay the same to the treasurer of the school fund

 

for Dorchester County to be applied to the benefit of the public

 

schools of said county.

CHAPTER 428.

 

AN ACT to provide for the burial of paupers in Montgomery

 

County and for the payment of the expenses thereof by the

 

County Commissioners of said county, directing what proof

 

shall be furnished before said expense shall be paid.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That whenever any resident of Montgomery County,

properly be charged with the payment of the costs of his burial.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.
