CHAPTER 414.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 3 of Article 57 of the Code of Pub-

 

lic General Laws, title "Limitation of Actions," and to re-

 

enact the same, with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

for three years after the date of such payment ; saving to all

 

persons who shall be under the aforementioned impediments of

 

infancy or insanity of mind the full benefit of all such bills.

CHAPTER 415.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Board of Public Works to provide for

 

the securing of broken bricks, crushed stone, plaster and

 

other materials in the burnt district of Baltimore City, and

 

to transport the same to the oyster beds in the Chesapeake

 

Bay and its tributaries, in need of materials to replenish the

 

shells and natural rock necessary for the growth of the oys-

 

ters, and to provide for the transportation of the same from

 

Baltimore City to the said oyster beds.

 

WHEREAS, Owing to the late fire in Baltimore City, there:

has accumulated a large amount of refuse, consisting of broken

 

stone, bricks, mortar and other materials suitable for the ac-

 

cumulation of oyster spat on the oyster grounds of the Chesa-
