CHAPTER 401.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 59

 

to 79 inclusive, of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local

 

Laws of Maryland, title "St. Mary's County," sub-title

 

"Leonardtown,'' and the amendments additonal thereto, as

 

amended and enacted by Chapter 479 of the Acts of the Gen-

 

eral Assembly of Maryland of 1900, entitled "An Act to re-

 

peal and re-enact with amendments Sections 73 and 74 of

 

Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'St. Mary's

 

County,' sub-title 'Leonardtown,' and to change the name of

 

the corporation mentioned therein."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Leonardtown

1904, at the Court House or at such other suitable place as may

 

be designated by the Commissioners of the village of Leonard-

 

town, five discreet persons who shall have all the requisites

 

of a voter in said town, and who shall have resided within the

 

limits of said corporation for at least twelve months next pre-

 

ceding the election. Three of the Commissioners elected shall

 

serve for the term of two years, and two for the term of one

 

year, and the time each Commissioner is to serve shall be de-

 

termined by lot among themselves, and annually thereafter, on
