SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

 

of Harford County are hereby authorized and required, upon

time to time bonds of said county to an amount not exceeding

 

twenty-five thousand dollars in sums of not less than one

 

hundred dollars, bearing interest at a rate not exceeding five

 

per centum per annum, and redeemable and payable at such

 

times and in such manner not exceeding ten years from the

as they shall be required by the County Commissioners of

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That upon the completion of said

for Harford County and the Register of Wills of Harford
