about the matter in question ; and provided further, that the

said Town Clerk, if called on for a copy of an ordinance, shall

missioners, if made while the Board is in session, at hours ap-

pointed by the Board. The record books shall be open for the
|

inspection of any resident of Cambridge, unless they are act-
|
 
|
ually in use by the Commissioners or the Town Clerk.

48. Within the thirty days next preceding the election for
