AN ACT to repeal Sections 1, 8 and 9 of Chapter 10 of the

 

Acts of 1902, entitled "An Act to create the State Board of

 

Undertakers of Maryland, and to prescribe the powers and

 

duties of the said Board," and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
