SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That a majority of all the trustees

shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and

president, treasurer, secretary, and such other officers as said

said corporation before proceeding to act shall qualify by tak-

ing the test oath required by the Constitution and laws of the

State of Maryland, a certificate of which qualification shall be
|
 
|
recorded on the minutes of the proceedings of the Board of
|
 
|
Trustees.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the said Board of Trustees

AN ACT to create a new Election District in Allegany County,

to be known and designated as the Twenty-eighth Election

District of Allegany County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Twenty-sixth Election District be known hereafter as the Twen-

ty-eighth Election District of Allegany County.
