CHAPTER 368.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section

 

132 A of Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws,

 

title, "Revenue and Taxes," sub-title "State Tax Commis-

 

sion," as amended by the Acts of 1902, Chapter 236.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 132 A, of "Article 81, of the Code of Pub-

 

lic General Laws of Maryland, title "Revenue and Taxes,"

 

sub-title "State Tax Commission," as amended by the Acts

re-enacted so as to read as follows :

 

I32A. The State Tax Commission may employ one clerk

 

whose compensation shall be $1,800 per annum, one assistant
