"Calvert County," sub-title "County Commissioners," and

re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That Section 52 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

"Calvert County," sub-title "County Commissioners," be and

not contract for the printing for the above named sum, then the

County Commissioners are hereby authorized and empowered

to have the same done by hand bill or such other method as

they may adopt ; provided that nothing in this Act shall apply
