LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

tis Creek, and across the same, either over the county bridges

 

of said creek and Cabin Branch or by bridge of its own, to

 

be built across said creek at a point upon said creek above and

 

nearer to the head of said creek than the county bridge over the

 

same ; and thence through the First Precinct of the Third

 

District of Anne Arundel County toward the Chesapeake

 

Bay, and thence across the Magothy river towards Annapolis

 

City, and thence across the Severn river, either upon the county

 

bridge now erected across the same or upon a bridge to be built

 

by said company, to the City of Annapolis, and thence direct

 

to Bay Ridge ; and provided further, it shall obtain the consent

 

to erect so much of its railway as is located upon county
