LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

Maryland, relating to condemnation of property by corpora-

 

tions, of, so far as the acquisition by condemnation of any such

 

land situate wholly or partly within the City of Baltimore, or

 

any interest, franchise, easement, right or privilege therein
