CHAPTER 38.

 

AN ACT to prohibit the County Commissioners of Queen

 

Anne's County from hereafter paying any pension and from

 

hereafter levying any sum of money upon the taxable

 

property of Queen Anne's County for the purpose of paying

 

any pension to any person who is now, or who shall here-

 

after become a non-resident of Queen Anne's County afore-

 

said and to repeal all Acts inconsistent with this Act.

Prohibiting

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

paying of

land, That the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County

pensions to
non-residents.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

Report and official blanks, and for an anemometer for the

 

State Mine Inspector, as required by Chapter 124 of the
