persons so noted for erasure, with the address, as the same

appears on the registers. In making out such list said Board

of Registry shall treat all persons as suspected of not being

this time." The foregoing affidavit shall be written or printed

qualified voters, against whom a sworn complaint is filed by
|

any voter of the city; such complaint shall be in substance as

Section 270P of this Article, or otherwise ; "Deceased voters,"

under which shall be placed the names of all those supposed
|
 
|
to be dead ; "Removed," under which shall be placed the names
|
 
|
of all those who are known or supposed to have removed from
|

their last address. The registration officers shall forthwith
|
certain
|
ascertain the facts as to all such persons on said list in the
|

cases.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all laws and parts of laws

are hereby repealed so far as inconsistent herewith.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That Section 11 of Article 48 of the Public General Laws
|
 
|
of Maryland, title "Inspectors," sub-title "Tobacco," be and
|
 
|
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as
|
 
|
follows :
